How to make  easy Zucchini fritters

Ingredients 


*2 medium carrot grated

*2  medium zucchini grated

*1  small onion  grated

*1/4 tsp chili flakes

*Salt to taste 

*4 tbsp gram flour(besan)

*2 tbsp Oil 



Instructions 

  1. Squeeze out all the  excess water from the grated zucchini as possible else the batter will  become soggy.
  2. Now Combine the grated zucchini, carrot, onion in a mixing bowl . Add salt and chili flakes to it .  Now add the gram flour (besan) to this and mix  the batter nicely.
  3. Heat 1 to 2 tbsp oil in the large pan on medium  to low heat.
  4. Scoop some from mixture  batter then flatten it  into round fritters and cook them for at least 3 minutes on each side till it’s nice golden brown  on both the sides.
  5. When flipping on other side you must be careful as these fritters are  soft .
  6. These  fritters are crisp from  outside and soft inside. 
  7. Serve this with sour cream, greek yogurt or ketchup.
