Dahi ke sholay

Recipe for Dahi ke Sholay Are you here to find out on how to make this dish that has a unique name? Well this unique dish comes from north India and is really famous in Delhi as Indian street foods. Dahi kebabs or Dahi ke sholay as it is popularly known as is prepared with rolled bread and hung curd stuffing and then is deep fried till crisp from outside. You can also bake it or use your air fryer. The combination of curd and paneer makes it unique and tempting. It is creamy inside and crispy outside and just melts in your mouth. It makes perfect evening snack or appetizer. These bread curd fire rolls, can be served with chutney or ketchup. While making this you have to take care of couple of things like the curd you use should not be watery at all. Squeeze out the water as much possible. Also once you have added veggies and salt to the hung curd, do not keep it for long as the veggies will leave water. And at last before frying the rolls be sure that it is sealed properly.
