Grilled Vegetables in foil

Looking for the perfect delicious side dish for your family dinner?

Make veggies on the grill in foil. Check your fridge and use up whatever veggies you have on hand for a fresh addition to your menu. Zucchini, onion, carrots, potatoes, bell peppers and corn are great veggie foil packets. Plus, using the grill will help enhance the vegetables' flavor. The packets keep the veggies tender during grilling and cleanup is very  easy.

Every summer I crave these so I always make them by changing the veggies of my choice. A delicious vegetable medley on the grill is the perfect side dish to any meal.
