 Matar Makhni Recipe

Matar curry or green peas curry is very popular main course North Indian dish prepared during winters .In this recipe I have not used cashews or cream instead used butter with gram flour.

In this recipe I also have used frozen peas if you using fresh green peas you need to cook for longer time or you can cook peas before and then use it in the recipe.

This winter  season give a slight twist to your matar sabzi and try matar makhni which is very easy to make and tastes delicious when served with phulkas ,chapati or rice.
